Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or remote Canadian regions (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut). If you are in an area we do not serve, we will notify you within 1 business day to cancel and refund your order.

Carriers
We select the most suitable carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post) based on your location and package size. Tracking information is provided for every order.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through our website using the link provided.
Customs & Duties (Canada only)
For shipments to Canada, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These are not included in our shipping charges and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
