30—Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund. The 30day period begins on the day your order is marked “delivered” by the carrier.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags

For products with a quality issue (defective, damaged, or malfunctioning), please contact us first so we can assist you quickly

Non—returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Consumable products (e.g., syrups, CO₂ cylinders) if the packaging has been opened, unless defective

Gift cards

Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page

Free Returns
We offer free returns for all eligible items. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. No restocking fee applies.

How to Return an Item

  2. We will email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the item securely (including all original contents) and attach the label.
  4. Drop off the package at the carrier’s location indicated on the label.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Refund Timing

Exchanges
